Great value
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter Installation was very easy - downloaded & installed the driver and plugged it in. Worked fine under Win 2K, XP, and Vista. Excellent range with my Netgear routers at home and office. The only downside (same with most USB devices nowadays) is the incredibly stiff cable they supply with it. Considering the low (recertified) price it's an excellent value.

problematic
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter It works but seems to be slow, and the signal is weaker than other wireless adapters. It is OK for that price because it is refurbished.

Good Overall
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter It works exactly as I expected. It's not as strong as an internal card but it picks up the neighbor's signal fine :P Also to note: I'm using Windows 7 and it installed instantly and perfectly when I plugged it in. I recommend it if you want an affordable good wireless USB card.

Don't Miss This One!
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter Put simply, it works like a charm! This adapter worked perfectly right out of the box--truly plug-and play. The price is unbeatable, and the kit includes an extension cord--so you can be sure the adapter will work with any USB port. I'm considering buying 2 more to make updating the kids' computers easier. It will never be easier or less expensive to set up your wireless network!

It works

Netgear 108Mbps RangeMax Router This router works well and was fairly easy to install. Manufacturer support when I tried to register the router was very poor. There is a huge flashing blue light on the side. I have no idea what it is for but it is very annoying. I had to turn it to the wall.

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter I wouldn't buy this again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If it weren't for the expense I'd return it.

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter for the money I can't complain. We have a small house and have no trouble getting a signal. I guess it would be nice to include the driver but if you have an external drive you can find em. ( U GET WHAT U PAY 4 )

Not worth the bother
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter I was able to buy this very cheaply, and it was generally well-rated, so I hoped it would provide better wireless connectivity than the internal Intel wireless adapter that came with my laptop. Unfortunately, the Netgear adapter was PATHETIC at pulling in signals, far inferior to the cheap Intel adapter that came with my ThinkPad. Really, just about useless for out-and-about computing, and even at home it would not work well unless I was one room away or closer to my router. Even more stupidly, the install was a huge pain. I have to download the driver to get the adapter to work? What if I were buying the adapter because I couldn't currently connect to the net? Idiotic. I ended up giving the Netgear adapter to a friend, for free, and hopefully she'll somehow get more use out of it than I did.

Great Value
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter Great product for the money. The only difficulty I had was downloading the drivers for the PC I was installing it on. I had to use a different computer to download the driver and tranfer the files to a flash drive. Then install it on the pc that I purchased it for. Because I couldnt get and internet connection without installing it first. I had no problems at all and it works great. The does lock up somethimes but just unplug and reinstall.

good for people with no other option
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter Im a gamer. So this was a bad choice for me. I game for at least two hours at a time, this lasted me 45 minutes of the slowest connection, then turned itself off. It overheats after use, you then have a half hour of no connection to cool it down, then another 45 minutes of below standard connection.

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter I got this to attach to a media PC that is in another room than my router. There are several walls between the PC and the router and it gets an excellent signal. I'm very happy with this.

Works fine, but hard to install
Comment:
Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter This product did not come with the installation software. Instead, it came with a slip of paper giving the website where you could get the software. Well, that's all well and good, but what if you can't GET there because you need to install the wireless adapter first? Anyway, I got the software on another of our computers, and then downloaded it to the one that needed the wireless adapter installed. And it works fine. The utility is especially good.

Don't Buy!!!
Comment:
Netgear 108Mbps RangeMax Router We bought this router for use with a laptop. First of all there was no install cd nor was there any instructions. We looked up book on internet but still after not being able to get installed and working we called for some tech support. We were told that because it was a Recertified product from their company no less they were unable to help. We ended up returning this for a Linksys. I called linksys tech support and she walked me through every step needed.
