Unfortunately, I ordered two and 1 failed soon after a couple hours. I sumbitted my return stuff late in the afternnon and as I received approval for the RMA the following day, the other failed. From the evaluations, I'm guessing these points are failing at least 1 in each and every four drives. The guys that get a great one appear to have no dilemma, but if you get a terrible one particular, nicely then you have the hassle of returning. Low cost. Purchased 2 of these drives along with another 2TB Hitachi drive for Fresh new NAS make. Both WD's are dead. Smart And Bad sectors errors . Drive's are not reliable . WD has Quality challenges with this drive. RMA'ed both these drive. Hitachi seems to be operating fine so far. In no way obtain this drive again. Wasted time and work.
