D-Link DIR-615 Wireless Router

I admit I was trying to find a good router at a great price. I think I found both! Set-up was a breeze with the included disk, as long as you can follow simple instructions. Range and speed are great. I would recomend to everyone.

Opened the box intalled the CD and followed the picture directions. Very simple! I had a little difficulty with the setup so I called Customer Support and was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were! They walked me through step by step and in 20mins I was up and running!

Just follow the instructions it came with and dont jump the gun on plugging everything in before using the CD it came with. No matter how much you think you know about computers, you NEED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CD IT CAME WITH. No way around it. If you follow it, it will set up perfectly no problems. Just like mine did! Works great, strong connection, and very fast.

I spent quite of bit of time (1 hour plus) on the phone with DLink getting it to work with my computer. Then again I had to call for my laptop. I wound up having to reinstall windows vista on my laptop and I called Verizon (my isp) and they were able to help me much faster and with much less foreign accent to muscle through. The router works great and is powerful but the intitial hassle could have been avoided if I had just called my ISP in the first place. This router is not for a novice computer user.. my opinion.

This router has great range, especially compared with my old linksys type G router. I get a usable signal 1/8 mile from the house. Pretty easy to setup.

Pretty solid wireless N router..D-Link is a solid brand and I'm getting very good speeds through wired and wireless connections. Works well with both PC's and Macs. NOTE: I had numerous connectivity issues with laptops (especially when waking up from sleep) and considered returning it, but then I upgraded the firmware and no problems at all! Glad it worked out, but a shame that I had troubles out of the box..YMMV.

Non Technical is=nstall worked fine connected to my comcast networrk and have various PC's connected using Xp Sp2, XP sp3, Vista and Vista 64 bit operating system. HAs been running for a month and has not caused any problems for me a great improvement over the old one, also have encrypted so no network invasions

I installed it and it worked well. It was easy to install and easy to set up home network encryption. Good range as well.

The shipping etc. are as usual outstanding. The value of the product is very good. The startup was not without problems, but most of my problems seemed to be related to using the "g" adapters with the "n" router. Calling tech support was a nice experience for a change. No waits and they fixed my problems immediately. Very good product!

I received the D-Link Wireless N router within 3 business days of ordering from here. It took all of 5 minutes to get the device up and running. Configuration options are good and the "More" option next to each section is very helpful. Wireless N range and speed are great. If you want something that is fast, clean and easy to install, this is it.

I'm no geek, but I had this puppy up and running within minutes. The connection is excellent and now we can all sit in separate rooms and write emails to each other!!!

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Tis router was VERY easy to set up and get running. Has good wireless range, I purchased two of them, one for a family member, both worked great. The only downside is the antenna's seem a little flimsy.

I just received this D link. It was very simple to connect following the diagrams in the set up guide, and using the CD provided. Installation was quick and easy. I highly recommend this product.

Received the product 1 day earlyer then promised, installed out of the box in 30 min. The cd makes the installation easy that anyone can do it.

I installed this unit in a laboratory/factory with more metal in the structure than most normal buildings yet the signal strength is excellent in all of the 12 rooms of a 3200 square foot facility. I installed the unit with a Embarq 660 modem following the instructions provided. First time, no faults!

I was looking for an entry level wireless router and chose this unit after reading description. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was to set up. Virtually Plug-N-Play. Even had to reset router name once and had no problem. I use it with my Ipod Itouch and I get very good coverage around my home. I use one of the wired ports for my laptop. Nothing negative to say at all. I highly recommend.

I needed a new router as my "g" router was failing. Skipped the setup CD and followed normal setup. All my wireless G laptops locked right on. Very happy!
