I purchase this project for setting up wireless network, and it is working fine. The product was received on time. It is very easy to setup, just took 15 mins. I didn't check the range though but its working fine in my 2 bed room home. I would recommend this to my friend.

This was my first (and now last) D-Link product. Out of the box I could not get more than 35 Mbps from the wireless connection. What's worse is that 35 Mbps would consistently drop to 0 then back up again! Wired is consistent at 100 Mbps, but I could use my old DEPENDABLE Linksys wired router if I wanted 100 Mbps connection. Contacted tech support and they blamed the failure on the wireless NICs even though BOTH NICs had the same results! D-Link, better get with the program. Your products stink and your customer service WREAKS!

Works. Has decent throughput. Easy to setup. Works well with N, using three Sabrent cards, a Netbook and an Airlink card. HOWEVER, weak points; You can use a MAXIMUM of 4 devices per session. It will detect a fith, but will not asign it an IP. You have to power the router off if you want to use a fifth device, even after the first four are shut off. Very much a pain. Shipping was fast, price was very good from TigerDirect.

I replaced an older unit. I liked the simple on-screen step by step instructions for uninstalling the old unit and installing the new one. Worked perfict the first time. Took about 15 min. Performance is an improvement.

I replaced a old G series router with this one. It works great and eliminated the problems I was having with two computers and a gaming system all in use at one. I recommend to anyone looking for a good all around wireless router.

I could not get this to work with my AT&T DSL modem. Worked at one point put things slowed so bad that was not worth it. Out of the box it had the same IP as the DSL moden. Figured out how to change it but it still didn't work correctly. Returned.

Without reading directions ran the setup CD and had Router running with my old Dell laptop in 15 minutes. Only problem I had is with Windows XP firewall.

Followed the instructions and got it working without any problems. I have been using it for about a month now and am very happy with it.

I have replaced my netgear router and realized that I have made a right decision. The old router I have used for almost 3 years and never had performance as good as D-link performance. Good buy.

Works well most of the time. It every once in awhile wants to reassign new ip address' to everything on the network?? Can't seem to run down any problem. Ver fast and great signal when working.

I got this (N) router to replace an existing G router that I had, hoping that it would extend the range and speed for my (at least n capable) wireless devices (I have up to 6 wireless devices on my network at any given time). It improved neither range nor performance. I suspect that may be more a function of the cards rather than the router, but I really don't know. Still, the price was right for the router, and it has functionality that I like and that my old one didn't have. So, even without the increased range and speed that was what I primarily wanted, it's a keeper for me - for improvements I didn't anticipate. It installed fine, and has worked fine - and in a configuration that I suspect is a little more complex and demanding than average. It is far from my first router, but it is my first D-link, as I'd been reluctant to try D-link - evidently, my mistake.

I have used Dlink routers previously, with very good performance and ease of setting up, etc. This router was also easy to setup, and although the range is somewhat limited, for my needs it worked great.

I purchased this wireless router approximately 3 weeks ago. It set up easily and it has been working reliably. I have it located in a basement room with my desktop ethernet-cabled directly to it. My laptop indicates a 5-bar, strong wireless signal throughout my home.

I originally bought this router to put OpenWRT or DDWRT on it, which I was unable to do. I'm actually quite pleased with the array of features the stock firmware has, however. The WPS is nice, and you have a very nice level of control over many aspects of the router's functionality. I have recommended this router to a few friends and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a quality router with a nice set of features.

This router was easy to install with the included CD install disk. Ran the program and replaced my old router with this new one and everything came right up. Would highly recommend thes router.

This is a great home router. I've been using DLink products for years and have not had any problems with them. There is a setup utility but I found out that it really is not required. Just plug it in and access the router setup IP, add a password and you are ready to go.

i may have missed something but tried the entire day to install this router without success. at one time in the diagnostics it said it would not work with windows vista and gave technical jargon saying it couldn't assign ip addresses. maybe i'll try again but a day wasted is too much already.
