COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:not found yet

Pros:Keeps my CPU cool
Comment:
Make sure to apply just enough Thermal paste. The first time i put it i overdid it. After a few days i decided to redo it and the temps dropped more.

Cons:- Nothing

Pros:+ Great performance for the price+ Quiet enough
Comment:
I red a lot of reviews before deciding to take this heatsink. I bought it on sale and I am happy with the performance. Just to be safe, I would buy another fan if I plan to overclock.

Easy installation. keeps idle temps to 10c and full load o/c never over 30c with provided thermal paste. large fan must be pulling alot of air over my ram as well.

Cons:Mounting bracket was confusing for me.

Pros:Great cooling for it's price
Comment:
I honestly did not know what that middle screw is for on the bracket, but after installing 2 of these, it's quite easy.Thermal paste, i would opt for something else like the mx-2

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:None, given the low cost.

Pros:Cheap, simple but effective
Comment:
This cooler is very cost effective. At this price, it is one of the most powerful cooler available. Very simple tower, easy to install, mounting parts included for an additional fan. Coolermaster is the best budget brand.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Big (won't fit in some cases), blocks RAM slot, hard to install initially if you don't have an expensive motherboard (even then you'd have to get your hands dirty :D)

Pros:Quiet, really powerful having 120mm fans and 4 heatpipes
Comment:
Great for any multi-core system; dropped idle temperatures by 5 degrees C, and load temperatures by 10+ degrees C on AMD Phenom II X4 965 non-OC'd. It's rather large though, and it usually blocks one or more RAM slots, so it won't be for every system. If you find it on special, it's worth every dollar ;)

Cons:-Takes up room in your computer

Pros:-Easy to Install-Highly Compatible
Comment:
Overall it is an excellent CPU heat sink, nearly dropped my computer idling temperature by 15 Degree Celsius. However it does take up alot of space as It fits tightly into my mid tower case

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Loud fanAverage cooling

Pros:CheapEasy installationBeats stock heatsink
Comment:
Bought one of these on sale for 20$. It does a much better job than a stock heatsink, but having own an OCZ Vendetta 2 and other aircoolers, this one wasn't too impressive. The fan was louder than the Vendetta 2 and it didn't perform as well under load. Average buy.

Fantastic cooling solution. Dropped 13c on load from a stock Intel cooler with only one fan. Fits fine in my Antec 300, Fairly quiet.Great buy, definitely worth it over stock cooling.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:Easy to installInexpensive
Comment:
This was my first time installing an aftermarket cooler and it was relatively smooth (I think I only swore 4 times). So far it is working well, although I don't know if I applied the paste correctly. At idle the temperature on my 1090t is ~29C while load is 49C. Ambient temperature is ~27C so seems fairly solid. For the price, I would definitely buy again.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- Found that it doesn't fit super tight and can move if pushed hard enough. Might just be how I installed it though.

Pros:- Costs little- Easy install- Good cooling for value
Comment:
Had to purchase this after my other coolermaster broke on install. This one was alot easier to install and works well. I am not doing much overlclocking so it keeps my CPU cool to around 39 degrees.

Works great and keeps my Phenom II x3 720 at < 30 degrees Celsius are max load. It helps keeps the same chip stable when unlocked and overclocked and nearby temperature monitors on the motherboard don not rise above 35.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- A little loud at max RPM

Pros:- Cheap- Performs well
Comment:
You get what you pay for, in this case, a high quality cheap product :). Keeps my i5 760 around 18C - 22C at idle and 41C - 45C on load (depends on weather). My i5 is only on stock clock though, so I'll have to test it out eventually, but at least it gives me plenty of headroom for OCing. One thing to note though, only get this thing if you're OCing an i5 on a budget. For an i7, you'll need a more expensive, top quality cooler for heavy OCing. Although I haven't used an i7, I've read multiple posts from people who did and said you needed more than a 212+.Another thing, at max RPM, the 212+ does get a bit loud, it doesn't annoy me but it does for the other who use this computer as well.Anyway, it's an overall solid product, highly recommended for people on a budget.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Noisy Fan

Pros:Performs Very WellComes With Thermal PasteAffordableDirect Touch Heatpipes
Comment:
I've had this for about 3 months, and I'm pretty impressed, I got it on sale for about $19.99, and have my Core i3 540 d 4.41GHZ (1.40V) and the temperatures never reach higher then 72C on 100% load using Prime 95, and thats with the fan set on auto.. The only drawback I see is that the fan is noisy..I'd highly recommend this, even if your planning to do some fairly extreme overclocking, but obviously it will depend on your rig, but I've basically reached the maximum overclock for my Core i3 540 d the maximum safe voltage for this processor which is 1.4V..

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- Quite heavy (like any tower-style heatsink)

Pros:- Very quiet- Can be installed both ways (rear or top exhaust)- Keep CPU very cool- I'm sure you cannot have better Performance/Price ratio
Comment:
Fitted this inside a Fractal Design R3 and it's perfect ! It's keeping an i5 2500k at 32°C in idle r 750rpm and so it stays quiet. The install process is easy but we were 2 to do it so I don't know if alone it would be as easy to install the backplate and the rest.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:I wanted a cpu cooler for my new system (Intel Core i5 2500K) as the included cpu heatsink isn't very quiet. As fas as I can see, I can't even tell it's running. You have also a 2nd fan holder for people who want to overvlock.
Comment:

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Just 1 fan included.

Pros:Extremely good cooling performance for the money.Quiet fan.
Comment:
Ended up buying one locally since I found out my Sandy Bridge 2600K only came with the lousy OEM low profile cooler (unlike the one the Sandy Bridge samples were shipped with to reviewers). I ended up adding a 2nd fan (CM SickleFlow 120mm) for a push/pull configuration. My 2600k is not OC at 4.7GHz and stay in the 60s unless I torture it with prime95 and a whole bunch of other stuff and then it still stays below 77.

Cons:too heavy? and installation

Pros:good material and design, works great
Comment:
I just got this huge guy Dec of 2010. It really impressed me with its design, which can be installed on almost any type cpu.this huge guy works really well, but it seems cannot be controlled as smart fan? and it may be heavy since it is made by good material.also I have to remove the mother board from case in order to install this fan.All in all, this product is good, and I got $19.99 when it is on sale.

Cons:Non so far!

Pros:Price, cooling ability, decent Fan, Quality, Size
Comment:
I had NCIX build my wifes comp so they installed the heat sync on the CPU for me. Everyone say's their difficult to instal so that wasn't an issue for me. As to what it does, I'm more than happy with this product. Looks great in the case cools the CPU as expected and the fan is very quiet. There's alot of reviews on this cooler and for the price it wasn't hard to decide. I'm glad I did and wouldn't hesitate to puchase again if needed.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Fan is pretty much crap, somewhat an annoying loud buzz hum.

Pros:$20 or under. Cools good better than amd stock fan. Fan mounts nice.
Comment:
I bought 2 one for x2 3600 and x4 940BE. I did the 3600 first, what a pita taking the mobo out. Load temp dropped from 52c to 41c (fan med 1850rpm bit of buzz at low 1650 rpm too loud hum buzz) while encoding with tmpg enc 2.5.$20 or under it'll do but $30 forget it. I have the Tuniq tower and vendetta2 both are somewhat better all around hsf.

using this in my 4.3ghz i5 2500k installed another fan on it to do push and pull and the temperatures are still under 43. Then again thats my experience from starcraft II with 4v4 maxed units. I have to note though that while installing this i slightly scratched two of my fingers on the heatsink but its really minor.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:A bit noisy, big

Pros:Successfully reduced the temperature of my CPU
Comment:
Will surely not fit in every case because of it's size. Installation was a bit painful. I had to remove everything from my case, but I guess it would be the same for most heatsinks. Once installed, it did a good job of cooling my CPU, but I found that the fan was noisy compared to other 120MM fans I had in my computer. Maybe I will try to replace the current fan with 2 fans with reduced speed...
